VERONICA OSINSKI | TRIFECTA CAPITAL. SILICON VALLEY CA.

Trifecta Fund helps founders build revolutionary companies.

Under Veronica's leadership, Trifecta Fund believes in a future that looks vastly different from today's present VC landscape of pattern matching and established biases. With an open-minded approach and a team-player, rather than elitist, ethos, we are so very proud to include Veronica Osinski in our inaugural list of VCs we consider to be fair funders.

MITCH KAPOR, FREaDA KAPOR-KLEIN | KAPOR CAPITAL. OAKLAND CA

Kapor Capital has been refreshingly blatant in its intention to close the gap in funding in regard to diversity and inclusion. Along with a powerhouse team that includes tech advocate Ellen Pao and diversity champion Brian Dixon, their focus is on innovations serving low income communities that address "gaps of disproportionate relevance to African-Americans and Latinx communities". With its 'Founders Commitment', Kapor Capital is a trail blazer for the world to watch.

ARLAN HAMILTON | BACKSTAGE CAPITAL. LOS ANGELES CA.

Arlan Hamilton has been single minded in funding the underdog founder thats overlooked, underestimated and sidelined simply due to their 'other'-ness that doesn't quite check the boxes that define the venture capital industry today. She and her team have been intentional in connecting with communities that don’t have a seat at the table, and handing over a check. We are proud to feature Backstage Capital’s vision for a more diverse and inclusive technology industry.

MARK ACHLER, TROY HENIKOFF | MATH VENTURES. CHICAGO IL.

Per the team at Chicago's Math Ventures, they are the investors they wish they had; serving as champions, cheerleaders, teachers, and coaches to the founder teams in their portfolio. By intentionally diversifying their management team and having tough conversations regarding diversity and inclusion with the community on major platforms, they have gained access to hidden pockets of innovation across technology in their city and region, leading the way for venture capital in the Midwest US.
